Creating/Adding Tags

Tags are useful in categorizing your tracked companies. This is especially helpful if you wish to easily filter companies that fit your ideal customer profile or exclude companies that do not match.

Some of the commonly used tags are "My Company", "Customer", "Prospect", "Competitor"


How to add tags to companies:

From the Intent Page:

Hover over the Tags column, then click the (+) sign and select which tag you would like to add:

From the Preview Panel:

Click the +Add New tag link, then select which tag to add:

From the Full Company Profile Page:

Click the +Add New tag link, then select which tag to add:


How to Create a Tag:

There are default tags that you can add to companies, but if you are looking to add custom tags, you can create one by following the steps below:

  1. Click your Company/Account Name at the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Go to Tags under your Account.

  3. Click the +Create a new tag button.

  4. Add the tag name, then select the tag color:

  5. Click Save.

Note: Only Custom Tags can be edited/deleted. Default tags can't be modified.
