Creating Auto-Engage Campaigns

How to get manage your outreach campaigns

Step 1: Navigate to the Home Page

  1. Log in to your Albacross account and navigate to outreach.albacross.com

  2. Click on the "Create Campaign" button on the Home page under the "Draft" section.


Step 2: Define Your Campaign's Target Group

  1. On the "Create your target group and outreach messages" page:

    • Specify your target group by selecting:

      • Role

      • Industry

      • Location

    • Enter details about the product/service you provide, e.g., "B2B website visitor identification software."

    • Set your goal for the campaign (e.g., "start conversations").

    • Choose the language for your outreach messages (e.g., "English").

  2. Select your preferred contact method:

    • LinkedIn

    • Email

    • Combination of both.

  3. Click "Create Campaign."

After adding your content, our AI will automatically generate the sequence.


Step 3: Select a Sequence Template

  1. After creating the campaign, choose a sequence template from the available options:

    • For example, "Effective Sales Funnel" (LinkedIn + Email).

  2. Preview the flow and touchpoints of the selected template.

  3. Click "Confirm" to proceed.


Step 4: Customize the Sequence

  1. Adjust Touchpoints:

    • Modify automated actions, such as LinkedIn profile visits, connection requests, and follow-up emails.

    • Set the waiting periods between touchpoints (e.g., "Wait 1 day").

  2. Generate AI Messages:

    • Click the "Generate AI-messages" button for each touchpoint.

    • Review and edit the generated messages as needed. Use personalization tags like {{firstName}} and {{organizationName}} to enhance engagement.

  3. Save the sequence when done.


Step 5: Test and Finalize

  1. Use the "Send Test Email" feature to preview your emails.

  2. Review the entire sequence to ensure all steps are properly configured.

  3. Click "Start Campaign" to activate your campaign.


Step 6: Monitor and Optimize

  1. Return to the Home page to view your campaign status under the "Ongoing" section.

  2. Use the Statistics section to track campaign performance and refine your approach as needed.
