Adding prospects to Outreach automatically

Step 1: Select your Segment

  1. Go to Segments in the left side navigation and select the segment you want to connect

  2. Click the Auto-Engage button in the top right

  3. Fill in the details of your connection

    1. Select a team member

    2. Select the Buyer Persona according to the contacts you want to contact

    3. Select the campaign you want the contacts to be sent to

      1. Add a new campaign if you do not have one yet (you will be redirected to the Outreach product)

    4. Select the amount of contacts that should be added to the campaign

  4. If you wish to connect the Segment to several campaigns, add more slots in the dropdown and repeat the previous steps

(Optional): Choose delivery method

  • Select 'Send to All slots' in order to send contacts for each company to each Auto-Engage slot

  • Select 'Round-robin' if you want to distribute the companies equally across all campaigns

Step 2: Activate the connection

  • Click Activate in the bottom right

  • While the connection is active, each company in your selected segment will automatically be checked if they have contacts matching your Buyer Persona. For each contact the following data will be added:

    • First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Country, Email, LinkedIn Profile URL, Position, Company Industry Category, Company Name, Company Website Domain.
